The room
Sixteen seats, one shared evening, and a ritual that begins at 19:00 sharp.
We open the doors at 18:50, and at 19:00 we sit down together and the evening starts for everyone at once. That way each course arrives at its moment — warm, fresh, exactly on time.
If you're more than 20 minutes late we'll start from wherever the evening has reached. It isn't strictness — it's simply how the menu stays as we intended it.
