Terms
These terms describe how reservations and visiting Bistro Blyan work. We run a small restaurant with sixteen seats and one shared evening — so a few things matter to know in advance.
Reservations
Bistro Blyan has sixteen seats and one dinner per evening, Wednesday to Saturday. A booking through the site is a request that we confirm by email or phone. Your table is secured only once we confirm it.
Arrival and the start of the evening
Doors open at 18:50 and dinner begins at 19:00 for everyone together, because the menu is served to the whole table at once. Please arrive on time — if you are more than 20 minutes late we may not be able to serve every course.
Cancellation, changes and no-shows
OWNER DECISION: your cancellation, change and no-show policy (notice period, whether a deposit is required and when it is retained). Enter your actual rules here.
If your plans change, let us know as early as you can on 0883 577 725 or info@bistroblyan.com so we can offer the table to another guest.
Price and payment
TO CONFIRM BY THE OWNER: how and when payment is taken (on site, prepayment, deposit), accepted payment methods, and whether the price includes drinks.
The seasonal tasting menu is €50 per person. The method of payment is confirmed when your reservation is confirmed.
Allergies and dietary needs
Tell us about allergies and dietary needs when you book. We accommodate them when we can, but we work in one small kitchen with shared ingredients, so we cannot guarantee a fully allergen-free environment.
Private events
The whole room can be booked for a private event of up to 20 guests. Terms for a specific event are agreed individually after an enquiry through the private events page.
Age
The evening is a calm, food-focused format. It suits guests aged 14 and over; younger children are also welcome by prior arrangement with us.
Governing law
These terms and our relationship with you are governed by Bulgarian law. If any part of these terms is found invalid, the rest continues to apply.
